Through ELS’ component analysis capabilities, your milk can be tested for fat, protein (total and true), electronic somatic cell count (ESCC), milk urea nitrogen (MUN), free fatty acids (FFA), solids not fat, other solids, total solids, lactose, casein, freeze point depression (FDP), fatty acid profiles and abnormal milk parameters. In addition to testing your bulk tank sample, you can also test for components on individual cows to assist in the management of your herd.
